"Stayed here when the roads were too icy for me to get home to Ward. Friendly staff helped make a bad night better. Room and amenities felt very new and clean, generally pleasant vibes throughout. Breakfast was way better than I’m used to getting at Comfort Inns."

"Had to stay for 1 night for a work trip. Great hotel, accessible public transport right outside sthe hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade for my booking. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and had lots of variety."

"Stayed for two nights with a group of 8 families (9 rooms) for CU homecoming weekend. They booked us into a room (331) that was overwhelmingly sprayed down with air freshener. Disregarded it at first as we figured someone in cleaning simply got carried away. Upon arriving back at the room late night, the air freshener had dissipated to reveal the reason...the room smelled overwhelmingly of vomit. I was able to get them to switch us to a new room...at 130am. When I called the hotel on Monday to speak with someone about making it right, the GM never offered any sort of "So sorry that happened" and stiff armed me with an offer of privilege points and a "Thats our policy." Long story short, Dan at the front desk is amazing, the GM projects zero care for his guests, and if you're looking for any refund on a bad stay....skip the GM and just call corporate. They refunded me for the one night (which the GM refused) and were easy to work with."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn in Boulder for three nights during a business trip. The location was convenient for my hackathon event in town. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast, which was consistently good each morning. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The hotel itself is older, and while they’ve made commendable efforts in updating it (and seem to still be in the process), there were some remnants of its age. The most noticeable was the door lock system. Each time I returned, I had to get my card reloaded, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, the bathroom’s design could use some reconsideration – the showers are too narrow, making it challenging to comfortably turn or stand with my back to the wall. Overall, my experience was good, but there’s room for improvement in some areas."

"My room looked very nice, the kitchenette was a nice feature. All went well till a bug took a shower with me in the morning. If I see one alive, I know there are others. That's the reason behind the 3-star rating. Otherwise, it was a nice experience. Breakfast was good and tasty for a hotel breakfast. The location was a bit away from where I needed to be, otherwise decent. Staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with."
