"Today I had maintenance come by my place to check my furnace and tub that was leaking from the back . Aree came in like a professional ! He said I'll handle this for you in no time and when he was done he also cleaned after him self, This is why Aree is a LEGEND he cares for the tenants and never has excuses to come back a second time because he does it right the first time my neighbors and I appreciate and love Aree and his work ethic his the only one I prefer to work in my home"
"I've lived here about 5 years and its immediately obvious that the transition to Graystar made this apartment complex a health and safety nightmare. My apartment flooded almost a year ago and a lot of the damage still has yet to be fixed. I was in the office at least once a week for months trying to get everything fixed but management never called back and the woman in the front office yelled at me for asking for maintenance requests and updates. There's not really a way to get help because of that. The maintenance team is quite nice but they are terribly overworked. I've got rotting wood and a mold problem that I've been trying to work on myself since I can't get real help for it. Missing floor tiles and unpainted walls. They replaced my toilet 3 times in 2 days after a month of issues and now I have a toilet that rocks and hits the wall as well as having the wrong toilet seat (which is sort of funny until it starts causing more problems). It's frustrating because I can put in a maintenance request and get half of it fixed. The maintenance reviews are clearly unread. I wouldn't even bother posting here except that I was ASKED to by their review service! So here I am. My apartment is a health hazard and a headache and the office staff are either non-existent or actively hostile. Be sure to document every issue and every staff interaction; you will need it."
"I wouldn't usually write a review for an apartment complex but i wanted to share my experience here. Things aren't always perfect but some of the people are really nice and hard working. I want to give a shoutout to Aree who always keeps the pool area looking great and whenever we need something he fixes it quickly and professionally!! Thanks Aree!"
"We just spent the last 23 hours without heat, water, and without response from any maintenance staff. Now that the water is barely starting to come back on, the office sends out a vague email letting residents know they are aware of the issue and to be patient. Maintenance has skipped our apartment on a few occasions for annual safety inspections and preventative maintenance, and it's to a point where we have to maintain the apartment ourselves (my roommates does maintenance, so that helps). Our current rent for our 1 bedroom apartment is already at if not above market value, and the property manager insists on increasing our rent $150, which is more than their 2 bedrooms are going for. We mentioned the several disruptions we have experienced with the neighbors threatening to kill us because we asked if they could keep it down at 11:30pm on a Tuesday. The numerous projects the property did - we are happy to see a property taking care of its appearance, but we didn't appreciate the months of not seeing out our windows, nails all over the parking lot, construction equipment blocking our cars in, and the constant noise disturbances make it unbearable. The quality of living this past year has been poor, to say the least, and despite it lasting nearly a year, the property manager claims it was resolved immediately. On multiple occasions, we had to stay in a hotel just to get a break - paying to stay anywhere else than to be in the apartment we're paying to rent (lol). Our water bill was under $35, and now it's over $75 and still increasing due to a broken sprinkler head that was neglected to be fixed for months and all at the residents' expense. The pool gates have been broken since we moved in (2-3 years now) and we usually have to leave because groups of teenagers throw parties by the pool, drinking, and playing around in the gym which ended in physical fights between them on a few occasions. Previously, a vendor broke a sprinkler head that resulted in our personal belongings being damaged due to our apartment flooding. We've had a serious spider and ant problem since we moved in, but we treat that ourselves, so that's helped a lot! We moved into an apartment that was not move in ready and was not cleaned after the previous tenant. We were told additional updates would be installed (our light fixtures) after we moved in, but after we moved in, we were told that would not be the case after all. Parking is NOT guaranteed and is VERY limited. If you get home between 6pm- 5am, plan on parking far away and having to walk across the dimly lit parking lot. When going camping this summer we loaded our cars up in the evening and had a man with a gun approach us telling us to get inside our apartment - the police were quick to respond but expect police presence often. Leaving this review is very unfortunate as we used to love this place. It seemed to fit all our needs, and Jenifer is great, but other than her, the customer service has really gone downhill. For the amount you pay, you don't get what you pay for at this complex."
"I’ve had 6 separate leaks in my unit over the almost 2 years my family has lived here. As I post this my floor that had water under the tile has not been replaced in a month after reaching g out to the office twice. There is something that needs to be fixed every other month and is more than not diagnosed wrong and has to be worked on more than once. Office people are nice but maintenance supervisor needs a change. I have 2 kids under 3 and they have had to be shut off from parts of the house because of the leaks that had to have cut into the drywall and left big holes open. I will not renew my lease and strongly suggest you think twice before you move in."
