"Just started my lease at Elevate at Red Rocks. The property is currently being updated, as well as the grounds and new updated gym. From what I can tell already, the people seem super friendly in the area and the park across the property is great for a nice morning stroll. Everything is close by for dining out or going on a hike or bike ride. I'll keep you posted all posted. Thanks Kellie! You were great!"
"There are low life pieces of garbage that will manipulate and lie to force you to resign a lease and then up the price on you a week before you sign so you have no opportunity to find another apartment!!! Essentially strong arming you into signing another lease. While also towing your vehicle even if permitted and forcing you to pay extortion fees for your property all around worst people I've ever met"
"STAY AWAY! These guys work with parkM which is also owned by Wyatt’s towing to take advantage of the busy parking situation and tow your car with zero warning. I missed one payment for the 8 dollar a month parking fee and I walked out to see my car missing one morning, no warning or anything. It cost me $380 and I had to get a ride to Wyatt’s which is 20 miles away to get my car. Due to the nature of the parking situation here itself I would stay away. READ OTHER REVIEWS HERE TO SEE MY POINT. It is incredibly frustrating to have your own apmt complex in on a scheme to extort your vehicle for a small missing payment. I hope they get what they deserve."
"There use of ParkM as a "parking/towing service" is 100% a scam. Pay 8 dollars a month to not have your car towed by Wyatts. The only issue is parkm gives you one warning email about payment not going through, they send it at 2 in the morning with no "alert" type of message and they only send one. So although i had reccurring 8 dollar payments to make sure my car wasnt towed they cancelled the payments sent one email a month ago at 2 in the morning that payment didnt go through. And then towed my car at 3 in the morning on a weekend so you have to pay double to get your car back. Missing an 8 dollar payment due to them auto cancelling my reccurring payment led to a 500 bill to get my car back. ParkM has no phone number, no address, no way to send in a complaint and is actually run by the people who own Wyatts, there is no way the apartment complex isnt in on this mafia type extortion. For the parking alone dont move here"
"I want to start off by saying that the maintenance people here are amazing and always respond to calls and help however they can. However, it is an extremely overpriced and mediocre apartment complex. Our apartment smelled like mold and there was water bubble on the ceiling, wall, and trim. When we told the leasing office they said that the water bubbles were probably fine. We had a pipe break and the ceiling was leaking water near our water heater door and when they pulled the trim off of the door frame to replace it, there was black mold everywhere. All they did was paint a chemical over it instead of ripping out the wood. 6 months later there were water bubbles forming above the water heater again. The walls are very thin, making it easy to hear the neighbors talking or our upstairs neighbors walking around 24/7. I understand that it is an apartment, but I have never lived in a more noisy apartment. it constantly smells like weed and there was always trash in the halls from kids. We were never told that our apartment was an ADA apartment before move in so we didn't have a microwave and when I told the leasing office they didn't try to provide us with one, which other apartments we have toured do. Our apartment was not clean when we moved in even though they charge you "standard cleaning fees" when you move out. I was thankful that I was able to have a roof over my head, but for the amount of money that we paid in rent it was not worth it at all."
