"This is a beautiful area with a close looking community. The pool here reminds me of my sister's pool. They don't use it much but it seems to pull the community closer and allow a little more circulation and the lives of parents we're able to get out of the house and do something fun with the kids. This area is it a good location play close to another apartment complex that I used to visit when I was in high school. They have a large lake with all types of carp bass another types of fish. I'm not much of a fisherman but it was really nice to get out in that atmosphere and experience a little bit of nature while being in the community. A lot of people pass by ask questions and I had some meaningful conversations. I don't fish anymore because it feels cruel but I miss being out in nature and being with community. This area looks like it provides community without any of the mess. If I had the income to afford to live here comfortably I think I would. As of now I will just have to admire this area from a distance. If you're looking to bring up a family I think this would be a good location for you and your kids. You might not have much room but I grew up in an area like this and you know if my memories I never felt like I was in a small space but actually just the opposite. To kid a place like this is like living in a mansion."

"Would give zero stars if I could. I stayed here one night because a friend was having a tough day and I needed to be there for them, and my car got towed. Apparently they pay Wyatt’s Towing company to “monitor” the parking lots for parking permits. No signs within view of the parking lots about this and no labeled resident vs. visitor parking for the buildings. No warning given, just towed for $300. This is extremely predatory and should be illegal. I really like the apartments here, so much so that I was highly considering renting here when my lease is up in May…but absolutely not after their response to this."

"I was attempting to tour this property and possibly rent here, but getting ahold of the leasing office took several attempts. I called ahead and made sure to ask that a unit was available to see when scheduling my tour (for the second time), the manager said I could see the floor plan I was interested in even if it was still being cleaned. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk did not honor that, but ultimately was extremely rude in her demeanor and communication with me. That alone was enough to make me definitely not want to rent here. Wasted my time."

"I have been here for about a month now. Everything has been going great. They took care of a couple of move in items right away. The valet waste is very convenient. Parking has been good and getting a guest parking pass for my parents was super easy. For me the location is ideal and central to work and personal life. I love the walking path out the back along Bear Creek."

"The property management is a joke! My roomate and I were with out heat for 2 weeks along with having an unusable bathroom for 2 months due to a water leak . After countless emails and calls to management they started to fix the bathroom by tearing out the dry wall and sink, then abruptly stopped. Leaving inhabitable conditions in my roommates bathroom for 8 weeks. We still paid full rent during this time and simply requested a rent credit of half off rent for one of those months , but was only granted a 100 dollar credit!"
