"I have been impressed with the maintenance team at Union Baseline, especially Zach the maintenance supervisor. My daughter requested help with something in her apartment and Zach arrived within the hour to address her maintenance request. He was very helpful and friendly while working to fix the problem. The entire maintenance team is very quick to address any issues that pop up."

"Although this apartment seems newly been decorated. The air-condition system is still very old and unreliable. I leave here two year in two different room, and both of them shows “low-battery” one day and shut down. (The apartment said it’s not AC problem but the controller problem, but the result is same)And I have to stay in a very cold room in winter until maybe 3-4day later someone go here and change the battery Since the new manager repair these very fast, I will change my rank to 3 star. After all, the air conditioner is very old and not their problem. But still remember to ask them check it before winter. I want to give 4star at beginning, but the new manager improves the rent which force me to decrease my rank."

The Pool and outdoor recreational spaces for dogs, offer opportunities for relaxation and socializing, fostering a sense of community among residents. The location of the complex is advantageous for students. It is conveniently situated near campuses or within proximity to public transportation, making commuting to classes hassle-free. Additionally, the surrounding area may offer amenities such as grocery stores, cafes, and libraries, catering to students' daily needs and facilitating a balanced lifestyle. Furthermore, the supportive community within this complex is invaluable. The organized events and activities create opportunities for students to connect, network, and form friendships with fellow residents. In conclusion, my experience in this student housing apartment complex has been exceptional. "The maintenance team, office staff, and general grounds of this facility are top-notch. Greystar, as of the writing of this review, treats their customers with efficiency. I completely agree with many of the other five star ratings for this facility, yet have had some unfortunate experiences with my unit. I moved here in August and have had problems with flooding / standing water, leaks, several smaller broken amenities, and dealt with a non-functioning heating system two months into my stay. This is a very nice facility but maybe I got the dud unit. I'm generally assuming that Greystar has been slowly renovating and upshifting the overall grounds (apartment renovations, repainting exteriors with wonderful color choices) since the last batch of management weren't willing to make such changes. Despite everything, I am still renewing a lease at this facility. Again, maintenance has been extremely helpful with bringing this unit to its full potential and I've grown quite attached to it. Special thanks for all of the office staff (Hope, Chloe, *entire* maintenance team) for being simply so easy to contact about anything."

"I love living here. This is by far the best apartment complex and management in boulder. Crista and Hope are two of the nicest most helpful people I have ever met. When we were walking through the apartment during the showing Hope was very helpful in answering all of our questions and you could tell she was being honest in her opinions about the apartments as well, which, in my experience is very hard to find here. When we finally moved in we felt so welcomed and cared for.The complex offers really awesome amenities and pretty good rental rates. The pool is so nice to sit by and swim in during the summer with a community center right next to it. There is also a nice dog park on site, as well as many other yard/grass areas. They offer both parking spaces and garages, which is awesome. The apartments themselves are very nice, modern, and have updated appliances. Overall we have been so blessed to have such an awesome experience moving in and living here. It is very hard to find nice and honest people in the rental industry in Boulder. Definitely 10/10 recommend."
