The Habitat Apartments

"Lived at Habitat Apartments for 3 years. My family only moved because we purchased a home. We loved living at the Habitat! The grounds were well cared for. Neighbors were nice. Fairly quiet. We lived in one of their apartments and then moved across the street to one of their townhomes. Only minor issues with the townhome. Prices are pretty consistent with the current rental market. They have a community garden, pool, firepit/BBQ space. Held many parties there over the years. The maintenance staff, especially Leo and Ron, were fantastic. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. As far as the office staff goes, I'm going to miss Jamie most of all! She is consistently knowledgeable, professional, quick, and accommodating! If I still ran my own business, I'd scoop her up to work for me! Cori, the office manager, was also great. All around, we had great experiences there and will miss it."

"I've been in the Habitat community for a few years now and let me tell you, it is the absolute best apartment complex to live in. Besides quick access to a variety of trails and a beautiful field/grill/fire pit area, it has some of the best staff I've ever come across. Between the office and maintenance, the response time is quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Until my husband and I find a home for ourselves, this definitely feels like one."

"Edit: We've lived here for a year and a half now and it's been wonderful! Everything I said in my original review below remains true. This is the best apartment I've lived in and hope to continue to live here in the future. We've lived here for almost five months and while that's a pretty short time, we've loved living at Habitat! From the moment we moved in we were impressed with the state of the apartment (no issues at all and everything was up and running by the time we stepped through the door) and how quick and easy the move-in process was! The apartments themselves are nice, spacious, and a great value for the price! This is also one of the only apartments I've heard of that allow up to three pets. The grounds are well-kept and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Lastly, the staff is fantastic and super helpful. I'm looking forward to renewing as soon as the opportunity becomes available!"

"We can't say enough good things about Habitat! We lived here for about five years and we were so sad to leave. Cori, Jamie, and the whole maintenance crew are awesome and extremely prompt! The grounds are well-kept and the common areas are enjoyed by many. We've moved around quite a bit and Habitat is our favorite place we've lived so far. All of the units are spacious and affordable. So many dog-friendly places nearby and a brewery on nearly every block. The staff often hosts various food trucks to the complex as well for tenant appreciation! Best place to live in Boulder!"

"My fiancé and I moved in here in July, and we've had an amazing experience so far! The apartments are very large for the price, and we love the location - especially being right across the street from Avery Brewing! There is always plenty of parking available, and the complex is dog friendly. Jamie in the office is so responsive and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to respond when needed (which hasn't been often or anything major). We've had some bad apartment experiences in the Boulder area, and we're so happy to have found Habitat Apartments. We'd highly recommend for anyone looking to potentially move here!"
