"Worst shipping company ever."
"Similar to another reviewer a piece of furniture shipped across the country sat in their warehouse so far for nearly a week and still haven't brought it out. Called several times to find out why and the person answering the phone at the main office could apparently only email them to call us for scheduling a delivery, but after several days still nothing. Eventually were given their direct number and no answer. Can only assume they have no idea what they're doing. Update: Got the furniture delivery eventually, but a couple weeks later received someone else's shipment at my door that's supposed to end up in California? Called them up to let them know and the main office had us on hold for nearly an hour. Not sure what's going on with this company..."
