"We ordered ahead and set our delivery time. Pizza was done correctly. Delivery driver was friendly. He didn't have his dominoes sign on when arrived but it was ok. We asked to be notified a couple minutes ahead but got the message when he was pulling in."
"I waited over an hour and a half for a sandwich, bread sticks, and loaded tater tots. The bread sticks were almost cooked. The dough below the cheese was raw, we just threw it away. Everything was cold and had to be reheated before we could eat it. Why do have to wait 1 1/2 hrs just to finish the job I paid for. Most of my friends won't even order from this location, guess I know why now. I got an email saying "we dropped the ball.. how about a free pizza or points". Yeah, screw your points I won't need them. I'll never throw away my money at your restaurant again."
"I always order from this dominos but this time I Tried to do an online order & my points weren’t working so i called and they were supposed to transfer me somewhere where they could help and they somehow transferred me to the store, Adam answered and was saying how he couldn’t give me free pizza? I never asked for free pizza I just asked if he could transfer me to someone who could help and he gave me a whole explanation on how they just work there and can’t help with my internet? Yeah I was pretty confused. He was very rude on how he was answering me when I was simply trying to see who I could talk to about my points, anyways ended up not ordering from there."
"Truly appreciated the customer service at this location, we arrived 2 minutes before close and we were helped with our order, given that we drove about 7 hours and needed to refuel our body as well as the vehicle. The Pizza was perfect, we ordered a side of boneless chicken wings and they were apt. Thank you!!"
