"An employee with no Walmart identifying attire or name tag took my full and heavy cart while I was getting a beverage from a cooler at the front. I parked in my cart in front of 2 employees who were gabbing, and I was 10 to 15 feet away for less than 1 minute. When I turned around and went back to where I parked my cart, the 2 employees who were gabbing said it was taken to customer service. I had to retrieve it from customer service; the person without Walmart's identifying attire kept harassing me. I scanned and paid for my items as quickly as possible so I could leave because I was upset. He followed me out of the store, continuing to harass me. I kept telling him to quit harassing me. I am an honest person, so I quadruple-checked my receipt with my items. I noticed I had missed 2 items, so I went in and paid for them. The same guy harassed me again. Employees must pay more attention to their surroundings, own up to their mistakes, and stop harassing people."

"My Walmart order was exactly as it was supposed to be yesterday. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. The reason for the two stars is because I bought a large slice of cheesecake that looked kinda funny. It was a little watery. I put it in a different container and put it in the fridge. I did eat it. However, several hours after eating it I got stomach cramps, diarrhea, and I vomited a little bit this morning. I don't know if it was old, or wasn't stored correctly in the store. I am assuming I got slight food poisoning from the cheesecake. I hope this will be investigated because I want to make sure anyone else who purchases the large New York style cheesecake slices don't get sick like I did. Fortunately, I didn't get severely sick. But people with weakened immune systems and children and the elderly can have more severe illness from food poisoning. Please take this into consideration so no one else gets sick. Thank you. ~ Hayley Gilbert"

"My order was messed up. The curbside associate fixed it out right away and I was able to pick up my order within 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable about orders before 3pm and I was able to go to my appointment and come back around and everything went amazing thanks to him."

"I have a card giving me 150$ a month for grocery items. They are the only ones that will accept the card. Always prompt with my order and delivery to my vehicle. Top notch associates. However, I wish they would allow tipping for those who bring the grocery items out. Rain, sleet or snow, they come with a smile."

"Wow, who knew at Walmart you could buy 'adult toys'; vibrators, even ones that go in your 'back door'...and one that is called "LITTLE SUCKER" (yes you read that correctly, some Walmart executive thought an adult-toy that men use should be called a "little sucker"...I guess "sucker" wouldn't have been a sufficient name, nope they had to say "little sucker"....and best of all they aren't locked behind a counter or put of site from children, nor are they age-restricted...so you have to be a legal adult to buy cigarettes and alcohol at Walmart but you don't have to be an adult to buy 'adult-toys'. Walmart's slogan, 'anythiing to make a buck'."
