Bad communication, incorrect estimate and overcharged. They offer no solution to correct the mistakes they made. They just want more money. DO NOT USE THEM!"

"Thank you, Glass Doctor! We were driving from Vail down to Telleride when we had a rock chipped our window. We were unsure if they would be able to get us in or fixed in time as we were also trying to beat the storm... but they fit us in their schedule! We are so thankful! it took less than 15 mins! We highly recommend them!"

"This place has employees and management that place blame on the customer and try to make the decisions of their employees th customers fault. •The person who came out to replace our windshield broke a hole the size of a soft ball in my husband's dash. And opted to tell me how he sat his screwdriver on it and it (just went through the dash) when my uncle watched him try to lean on it to scoot up in the cab and boom hand broke through. One of the employees insisted that I just put duct tape over the hole and that there is nothing they could do and that the employee is no longer with them. After calling and speaking with a different employee she pushed a cheap cover through and made things a little better then duct tape but I now have a giant hole in my dash with a floppy cover over it. • Then one of the other vehicles we had a window installed in had broken within a month or two. We called, they sent a person a few months later and replaced the window under warranty and no problems. •Then my cars window broke just sitting in my driveway. When we called to have them replace our window we were told that we have to bring a vehicle in for replacement (even though the other vehicle had no issue getting someone up here to replace) and due to life circumstances we simply could not make it before the year warranty was up. The receptionist stated that it was okay if we waited to make an appointment to have it replaced. When we called to schedule the new receptionist stated that there was nothing they could do and that we would have to pay 500 to have our window replaced . I do not know if they use cheap goods or if they just have that bad of employees installing them but from management to installing the only person there who would help the customer properly quit and I can see why. I do not recommend anyone ever going with this place. I will no longer ever use this place. I can tell you multiple other mistakes this company has done but this post is long enough."
