"“I only talk to tenants and lawyers” direct quote from the property managers. This place does not care and will only try to screw your over. Late on getting me keys. Had THOUSANDS of dollars of hidden fees. Then the office staff needs to find a new job. This place is a joke and no one cares."
"The Taxi management and maintenance team were subpar. The maintenance crew were slow to respond to service calls and even slower to fix them. The elevator was constantly out of order. The management staff were uncooperative and highly unprofessional. Never would recommend anyone living here."
"The offices do get a little cold during the winter but I enjoy this as an office setting. Only gripe is there is basically nothing nearby that's walkable. Yes you can go over to Zeppelin Station or The Source but it's very awkward if you want to walk. I'm sure that'll be less of an issue as the area develops."
"Nice location, terrible property management. Lease elsewhere and steer clear of anything managed by Love Your Hood. In a single year we had more issues and interruptions in this building than we have had in 5+ years combined. Worse than that, we received no compensation for time lost to roof leaks, HVAC issues, and water pipe bursts that cost us a ton in productivity. The icing on the cake - they took over 60 days (the legal required limit) to return a security deposit. Spend smart - spend elsewhere. Entering a lease with Zeppelin and Love Your Hood will cost you."
"Lived here for a few months. It had so much potential. Mixed use commercial space with a restaurant, coffee shop, and hair dresser on premise. Gym and pool onsite. Close to Rino. Perfect, right? Except the commercial space renters would fly recklessly around the parking lot in their cars. The residential units felt more like a college dorm version 2, complete with chalk boards outside your door, disrespectful neighbors blasting music at all hours(and walking on the roof), and extremely poor construction. The restaurant owner just closed up shop one day and left. The hair dresser was absurdly expensive. The coffee shop redefined rude and unhelpful. The gym was poorly equipped. The pool has enough space for something like 10 people, max. And the parties that blasted music so loud my walls shook were fun, too. The nail on the coffin was the proximity to rino. You could get to the source (owned by the same owners as Taxi, btw) safely, but to get to Larimer and all the fun you would have to walk through an unlit underpass where large numbers of homeless like to hang out, or walk an extra .5-1 mile through an equally questionable neighborhood. If you had a bike this wouldn't be as bad, but still..."
