"Every worker I come across has a terrible attitude. If you dont like your job to the point it shows to the customers. It’s probably time to find a new job. Went to pay with a $20 one time and the female clerk working gave me extreme attitude and asked “you don’t have anything smaller?” If I were paying with $100 I’d understand but is it that difficult for you to get change for a $20? Absolutely terrible customer service"

"I've gotta give a shoutout to Michael at the 7-Eleven. Tonight I was in a real sugar pinch but he came through in a big way. When I couldn't find any sugar on the shelves, Michael dropped what he was doing to help me search. Even though the spot where the sugar was located looked empty, he dug around and miraculously found the last bag tucked away on the back of the shelf! I was so relieved since I had already struck out at a few other locations. Michael really came through for me in a time of need. Thanks to his dedication and customer service skills, my coffee was saved. Michael is definitely an asset to this store and delight to interact with."
