"We really like this store (N. Academy) and always found something good and good prices. Ramón is always helpful and respectful. There is a stocker (tall and heavy) who is very rude and disrespectful and accuses my husband and I of the open glove pack that it was already open and wasn't us. That's why I didn't give the 5 stars on my review. It was an embarrassing moment for us. Hope management gives him some customer service classes."

"Whenever I come here there are several staff that I see often and all of them are pleasant and they dont cause me or anyone else any trouble. That being said, once in a while they have this tall, slightly bigger white dude wearing glasses that works the register, and he has the nastiest "I don't want to be here" attitude towards customers and gives off a lot of crass/rude remarks. They should really re-evaluate the people they have in front taking customers as rude people like him can really turn people away from the business."
