"Today was the worst service I have ever received both from this safeway location and Safeway as a company. Between the app not working properly, customer service both in the store and at corporate telling us they were getting our issue resolved and us waiting over an hour for a pick up that was supposedly ready, and then having to go inside after customer service tells us to go to guest services, only to discover no one is there. After standing there a few minutes simply wanting to ask about our pick up order, a woman named Helga was EXTREMELY rude and short with us. Made us feel unwelcome and like idiots for just wanting a resolution to our problem, and tells us to go into a nearby room where someone might be able to help since no one is at guest services. We go to the order pick up station, and no one is in there. Helga offers us no help, and we stand there for roughly 10 minutes until some kid comes up and asks us if we are picking up. He did take our groceries to our car for us and seemed like a nice guy. Because of the app failure (this is not the first time), Helga's HORRIBLE customer service, and Safeway's inconsistency with customer service both locally and in a corporate level, I will not return to this or any other safeway or albertsons location and I will be recommending my friends to support other grocery outlets."

"This review is just for curbside pick up. The grocery store is fine. I got all my items, except I ordered a pound of celery, and received a single stalk. Seriously?"

"I've been in this store a couple times and haven't had problems but yesterday was a pain. It started with a customer leaving the store as I was coming in and the wheels locked on her cart. It took me forever to find was I was looking for because things were in weird places or were out, so when I got to self checkout I was annoyed. Then the staff member working the self checkout made me fill out a survey on the keypad. He stood behind me and told me what to select... Having previously worked in retail I completely understand the need to positive responses, but hovering and watching me do it was too much."

"This was the perfect neighborhood shopping experience for me. I have been going to a competing chain that was nearby, but will not do that again. The difference was such an uplift I think it would be unethical for me to spend my money at my local spot. The underlying focus at Safeway is excellence, whether quality of the food they carry or service they provide. This means it is spacious, spotlessly clean, carefully presented. I found all I came for: fresh vegetables, not plastic wrapped, organic, reasonably priced. Getting a shot gives us 10% off our bill, and is efficiently provided in the privacy of a room setup just for that, with a comfy waiting room. Bathrooms are locked, but opened with no wait. Everyone wants to help us, and they have a boxlike tote that changes everything where bottles are concerned - $4 and sturdy but lightweight. Please don't let them join Kroger, it will only lower our shopping experience."

"Very good national chain grocery store. Store was very clean and organized, the staff there were friendly and accommodating. It was very easy to find everything we were looking for. There was a pharmacy, Deli, health food section, and all the Foods grocery store would be expected to have. Prices were excellent and they even have grab-and-go pre-made foods to eat."
