"Older lady worker was watching me like a hawk as soon as I walked in made us feel uncomfortable and as we go out to checkout she rudely snatched our basket without even saying anything and scans the items for us and makes us bag them without a word. A huge mess nothing is organized anywhere you go in the store just a shame because we love five below don’t think we will come back. Wish I got her name she was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly."

"I come into this store a couple times a month, sometimes more sometimes less. In the past couple months the store has really gone downhill. Products (especially in the tech department) are all over the floor with no real intent to put anything away. Shelves have low stock. And the female cashier at the front is constantly pushing people out of the way at self checkout so she can press the 5 star customer service button before you have a chance to leave an honest review."

"Victor was so kind and helpful. They have a very positive attitude; I’ve been to this location several times since moving to the area in 2020 and this is the first time I’ve had an experience with an employee there that was actually helpful and didn’t seem to absolutely loathe their job. Victor deserves a pay raise for the immaculate customer service, ESPECIALLY being able to tolerate the holiday customers"

"Great location. Stuff from $1-5 like every other location but a bit more tidy and cleaner. Lady at registers friendly and welcoming, well stocked and organized, and great atmosphere and music. The stuff we got was easy to find. Keep in mind checkout is self checkout. Overall, great Five Below. We will definitely return to this Location!"
