"Stopped by to pick up some paint today and I'm very disappointed. I received really bad customer service from Madalyn. She treated me like I was an inconvenience and not a customer. I felt like she was going out of her way to be rude when all I was trying to do was buy some paint. The old staff that used to work here were always very nice and friendly, so that's one of the reasons why I always came back, but after this experience that's the last time I'll ever come back to this store. I'll be telling all my friends and family in the area to avoid the store so they don't have to deal with Madalyn's rudeness."

"As someone who knows nothing about paint, I went in the store feeling very intimidated. However, the store manager Kym, made me feel so welcomed and took her time to patiently walk me through the whole process. I’m so happy to see female employees, especially in management, in a place where I thought it would be male dominated. The store was very organized and I really enjoyed my experience. Definitely will be coming back. A big thank you to Kym who made my first Sherwin Williams experience a great one!"
