"AutoZone saved my bacon this morning. I’d been dealing with recurring problems with my car’s battery; while not that old (about 4-5 years old), the recent cold weather ravaged my car’s battery, resulting in me having to jump it at least once per day. When the car battery died (again) this morning after 5-10 minutes of the car being unattended, I said enough was enough. I arrived at the E Quincy Avenue location right at 8:00AM, explained my situation to Zach, the main technician opening up for the day, and he helped me out in 20 minutes flat. He carefully listened to my situation, answered any and all questions I had, and replaced my car’s battery with advisements on maintenance and warranty with enthusiasm and the utmost professional courtesy. If any of Zach’s supervisors read this, give this man a raise!"

"The experience is just so sub-par of what you’d expect. And in today’s day and age, I don’t expect much. I mean, I can buy anything they sell on Amazon for the same price without all the teen angst attitude. The employees tend lack basic skills in handling multiple customers and multiple tasks. Perhaps it was just this particular location, but with Advanced and O’Reilly close by and Amazon just one click away, I don’t see any reason to visit here again. Hey, but at least they had a battery that I was looking for."

"On October 16, 2023, I needed to purchase a new battery for my 2008 Subaru Legacy. As soon as I walked into the store Noah Regalado Navarro offered me assistance. I asked him if he could loan me a wrench to remove the battery from my car. He offered to help me to remove the battery and help me with the new battery. One of my battery cables was severely damaged and he offered me to help me with it. It was so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service. Such simple common courtesy from a young man. You made my life so much better with your kindness and help. Thanks Noah, you rock!"
