"Went to make a big purchase the other day on March 21st at this locationoff of Havana. I had a shopping cart full if items I was ready to buy. An employee was helping me locate another item that was difficult to find. Finally we were able to locate the item when a different employee walks up to myself and my wife and begins to speak to me extremely rude and begins to take items out of my hands escorting us to the front of the store. I tried speaking to the man asking him if he treated every customer this way. As a crowd of other employees are now grouped around us as if we are stealing or up to something shady when all we continue to hear from everyone is this is just store policy. If it is lowes store policy to treat someone spending this amount of money (honestly treating any paying customer this way is how stores end up losing trust from their customers)in their store as if they are a criminals not deserving of basic respect then i do not want to shop with lowes again. I encourage anyone else to find another place to shop if they want to be treated properly."

"I recently bought two appliances from Lowe's, attracted by the helpful and friendly sales staff. However, my positive experience was overshadowed by a significant delivery issue. Despite scheduling delivery before my weekend party, the delivery was postponed to after the event with no flexibility offered. Efforts to resolve this, including speaking with a manager, led to a suggestion to cancel my order instead of finding a timely solution. While the in-store service was commendable, the delivery scheduling and lack of accommodation were disappointing. I advise future customers to double-check delivery commitments and prepare for possible changes. It's essential to be cautious and ensure your needs align with their service capabilities."

"Really poor customer service. Their employee mixed the wrong paint color compared to the sample I bought. As it was going on the wall it looked correct, but then it dried and it was the completely wrong color. I understand some variances between batches, but I’m talking an entirely different color. I tried to ask for a credit and they denied me, stating I used the product. Well yes, it looked fine going on but now I have to completely repaint it and I’m out $60 because your employee messed up. Never buy paint from here, even if it’s brand name. Go direct to that paint store. This Lowe’s doesn’t deserve even one star after this experience. And don’t reply back with a “so sorry, that’s policy” post because that is just fake and doesn’t solve my problem. Don’t waste your time or money folks."

"Omg the worst store ever if your gonna need help with something! I looked around everywhere in the plumbing didn't find nobody had to walk all the way up front three times to ask them to call somebody I stayed by the plumbing and decided to call them and ask to speak to the manager so she could meet me or have somebody meet me there she was rude as hell her name was Vanessa that's wasn't there to help anybody! Wow ok I said can you just leave me in the direction where I can find this piece and I showed it to her she turned and walked away didn't say anything but she did go towards that area and told me to look there I was looking at the king and this young lady came by Heaven Sent I just wish totally regret that I can't remember her name but she said she just picks orders literally stayed there and help me look for what I was looking for she was the best I won't be going back there if I go to a hardware stores because I need help looking for something and I know I won't get it there"
