"I left several voicemails over the course of 2 months trying to establish care and not one was returned. Today I called again and was shocked someone answered the phone. She then proceeded to tell me someone reviewed my file months ago and they didn’t think I was a good fit for their office. Really wish someone would’ve told me that! They said they communicated that with my primary care… no they did not. I’m not sure exactly what the problem is with this place but it is very obvious there are a ton of problems. Has been a huge waste of my time and life."

"Tricare referred me to this clinic in NOV 2023. I have been calling them for 2 months now to schedule an appointment (it's JAN 2024) and they either completely ignore my calls and voicemails, or they tell me they're still "reviewing my referral". I called Tricare and had them send my referral somewhere else today, as this clinic obviously doesn't respect their clients or have any concern for the pain they're in"

"I’ve been trying to get into establish care for over a month and it’s been a constant game of phone tag. There is no phone number where you can talk to someone. You have to leave a message and then they take forever to respond. I answer there phone call and then they act like they are leaving a voicemail and hang up on me."

"Awful! They never answer their messages. Their greeting states they will call you back within 24 hours but they don't. I have a referral from my pain doctor to be seen hopefully for a permanent solution to my back/neck pain but so far, I feel like I'm being ignored at this point as it has been 1 month I've been waiting for them to respond to my referral. It seems like if you're on medicaid, they want you to either be dying or be totally disabled before they'll help you."
