"The room, bed, atmosphere was comforting. The Colorado Springs Optum Sleep Center employees' calls to me and from me (Gina in particular) were professional, helpful and considerate. Technician Steve was so personable, skilled, kind, respectful and polite with a sense of humor to top it off. He was exceptional and passionate about his job, explained the procedure before and during placing electrodes. The world needs more Steves. He makes the world a better place."
"Terrible experience. Took almost 2 hours to get me checked in. No one explained anything. Short staffed, and the most uncomfortable spring bed ive ever slept on. I'm sure my numbers will say I didn't sleep much at all, how could you with 22 wires loosely glued to your head and body on a concrete mattress. Hope you don't charge my insurance more than motel 6."
