"Complete lack of professionalism I will start by saying two years ago I came to them after a hearing test. The doctor comes in the room and tells me I need a pair of hearing aids. Doesn’t even look in my ears that visit took all but about maybe 12 minutes I sins have gone to a hearing clinic And do where hearing aids but the ringing is just getting worse so I made an appointment about two months ago with another doctor same facility. My appointment literally is Monday today is Tuesday, March 26 so less than a week I was to see a doctor, they called me about 430 to tell me that the doctor I’m seeing doesn’t have , the availability to see me and they want to reschedule for the 15th of next month. I guess that would be fine if I didn’t work for a living but when you take a PTO day, you have to use it so now not only am I not getting paid for that day , but I’m not seeing a doctor and when I find another doctor, I guess I’m gonna have to take a PTO day to go see the doctor. When did it become we are here to convenience the doctors and their office everybody’s busy some more so than others wasn’t too impressed two years ago , even less impress now, but you keep taking care of people We’re just saying that because my opinion on the first visit I ever had with you quite honestly, honestly was all about money and as quick as you could push me through now it’s all about inconvenience for your patience"
