"I usually have a really great experience with this place. Really disappointed in my most recent encounter where my new prescription wasn't working and the only option offered was to go back to my original prescription without even testing the level of prescription in between those two. Very disappointing. Updated 3/25: Very much appreciated Dr. McAllister reaching out to let me know that they do, in fact, have a prescription in between the two that weren't working for me. While it was a frustrating experience to be told different things by the technicians, I do appreciate the business taking time to correct the issue and making it right. Thank you."

"Unfortunately, my experience here was poor, likely due to a lack of training and experience. I would never recommend using this eye center if you can avoid it. There are other options within just a few minutes. They were not educated with insurance policies, asking for materials my insurance provider confirmed are not required, and had very poor customer service skills. Didn’t even make it past the front desk because of how poorly run the office seems to be. Maybe just bad luck as my husband had a very different experience and he was the reason I decided to give this office a try. Bad idea."

"Excellent experience all way around. I found the thru my insurance. They answered all my questions and even helped with which was the best insurance plan to pick to cover all my needs. The doctor was great and the ladies helping me pick out my glasses were so helpful. Two thumbs up."

"I had appointment with Dr. Amber Weimer and her staff took me through the process of getting comprehensive eye exam. The staff and Dr Weimer were very welcoming and easy to talk to. I was in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment. After getting my prescription, I browse for glasses here but at first, I didn't find what I was looking for so I went to LensCrafters. When I got my new glasses, I felt stigmatism was not right, so I scheduled another appointment just for prescription re-check and I wasn't charged for this. and staff and Dr Weimer welcomed me and wanted to make sure it was right. It just a slight change from first test. This time I found a pair that I liked and went ahead purchased it and I think price was reasonable for particularly heavily upgraded lenses. I went back a few times to have frames adjusted after trying them out for few days to get better fitting. The staff was always courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend this optometrist."

"These folks are amazing! They just made a customer for life. We went on a Saturday because my son broke his glasses. They weren’t open and happened to be there taking care of some other things. Not only did they open up, they ordered his new frames from warranty but also fixed his glasses temporarily. This kind of service is rare anymore. I mentioned this to others and they said this is common from this company. Amazing amazing amazing! Thank you so much!!!!"
