"I've done PT quite a few times in my life & have always felt it a waste of time. I was dreading having to start PT barely 2 weeks post-op from hip surgery. I started with a hip immobilizer & crutches, but by the time I "graduated" from Strive, I was walking out feeling fully recovered! My hip is stronger and more stable than it's been in years, which is shocking considering I was just on crutches not too long ago. Strive's staff genuinely cared about my pain & my recovery, I didn't feel like I was just another patient they rushed to get in & out of the doors.
