"Well Dr Shaw has been a wonderful doctor . Waiting on surgery date because I had a cough and they had to reschedule . But I think Dr Shaw is a Amazing doctor Very caring and great doc ! He has made me feel very comfortable about this surgery. He’s a very smart man and knows what he’s talking about . I will update about the surgery afterwards . Update Dr. Shaw is the most amazing surgeon. I was so scared. He calm my nerves. He made sure I was OK. We had a six hour surgery and he removed my glomus tumor. He’s just been wonderful I recommend him to everyone. So been having some worries about aftercare it’s been 5 months later and still have the gel form in my ear and having problems getting it out . But I trust the doc so hoping we can get it out soon . Just getting alittle nervous over this The doc is very smart and has been doing this kind of work longer than I have been alive He knows what he’s doing and that’s why I trust in him"

"After receiving the paperwork in the mail telling me to absolutely be on time, I was. The receptionist was quiet and non-personable when I arrived. Later while waiting I heard her being annoyed that she was receiving phone calls from would-be clients. The lady who conducted the audiology test was very nice. After that, I was sent back to the waiting room for 25 minutes before being sent to my room for Dr. Shaw to come in. I then waited another 25 minutes before he came in. My appointment was at 2:30 PM, but I wasn't seen by him until 3:50 PM. The room was old and dirty - dirty carpet and old chairs that were deteriorating."
