"In the 8 years I've been with this company I've probably had over 10 each of both Therapists & Prescribers. Only once did I ask to switch Prescribers. The turn around for employees is annoying when you have to get to know someone new all the time, explain your past & relive traumas. At this time I've yet to find a medication regiment for my mental health issues, so I'm starting to hear the words "medication resistant" but they aren't very helpful on what to do going forward. A certain group of meds they love to refer to as "bandaids" are what I really need right now for my severe anxiety/ panic attack disorder, that is worsened by my complex PTSD, & other diagnoses, but they - a company as a whole - avoid prescribing those like the plague but instead give multiple prescriptions of varying types with only possible side effects that might target the anxiety (like a blood pressure medicine for example). About the only good thing I'll say concerning this company is the many group therapies/ classes they do offer. For the first few years after IOP, I became a DBT junkie then took a Women's Trauma group. A few years ago I got introduced to Art Therapy & with the few versions I've been so fortunate enough to take.. they've been the highlight of my total 8 years, combined! Having only been a musician all my life & an amateur photographer for several years, after Art Therapy (and never taken an art class before) I also have the confidence now to call myself an "artist" of.. oh, mixed media, but especially of watercolor!! All in all, I'm grateful for the knowledge I've learned through this company, however I truly believe that I've also unfortunately suffered unnecessary additional traumas due to their means of operation."
"It was a good experience meeting your Assistant today. She was very professional and at the same time friendly and thorough. Looking forward to meeting my doctor and other professional staff. Thank you."

"Is an amazing experience and opportunity towards growth. Helps to manage one's depression and anxiety the material used towards coping mechanisms in daily life is very useful. Appreciation for my psychiatrist is beyond what words could form a definition. She has help me greatly in my self worth and confidence. Thank you Ms. Kim."
"This is a formerly great place that has sadly gone downhill. I started seeing a therapist here back in 2016 when it was called Aspen Pointe. Over the years the providers I was seeing would come and go, but I always had an easy time finding a new provider I could click with. I especially loved the many group services they had. It felt so good to connect with others going through similar struggles and work together towards a goal. DBT and the garden group they used to have were actual lifesavers for me. While it wasn't perfect and I had some issues on occasion, I would still give the place 4 or 5 stars back then. I hoped the rebrand to Diversus Health wouldn't change anything but the sign and logo. But after a few years, it's clear it changed everything. Staff turnover is significantly higher. I don't think I saw the same provider more than twice in a row for my medication. It was emotionally exhausting to explain my situation over and over and over again to a new person whenever I needed my meds refilled. The beautiful garden I loved and helped to care for is an overgrown pile of weeds. You cannot find any information about group therapy on the website. I was referred to an art program by my therapist for over a year. Never heard a thing until after I'd left, over a year after I first asked about it. They changed how scheduling works so you cannot schedule more than 2 weeks in advance. This meant that every time I could see a provider it was a different date and time, which meant with ADHD it was *EXTREMELY DIFFICULT* to remember when my appointments were even with a calendar and alarms because there was zero consistency. I could never trust or feel safe or secure in the knowledge that I had a slot reserved. I had to organize my life around my appointments rather than the other way around. Then they enacted a policy to penalize you if you are five minutes late or more to your appointment. I could understand something like 15 minutes, but FIVE? Are you kidding me?! There were times I had to troubleshoot sudden technical difficulties and couldn't get to my online call in five minutes, let alone dealing with parking and traffic if you go in person. Oh, and one of the major issues I deal with is executive dysfunction and time blindness. All these things make care even less accessible for vulnerable people, and the providers know it too. They were very upfront with me about how frustrated they were with these "policies." When my last therapist left, I left with them. With rare exception, every provider I've seen here has been wonderful. It's a shame this place can't keep them."
