UCHealth Primary Care - Dublin

"It’s interesting that they have such low reviews yet nothing is being changed. Called to set an appointment, representative asks for all the information that one would ask to make an appointment. Then, she transfers me to the nurse who makes the appointments and I repeat almost everything I had already told the first person. Isn’t there a way to streamline this? I miss the old Dublin where you spoke to one person and that person set your appointment. Stop replying to everyone’s reviews saying you’re sorry for their experience, just fix it already. This has been going on for quite a while now."

"Ever since merging with UC health, their customer service has gone out the window. I constantly have issues with the receptionists & recently now, with scheduling. I used to be able to schedule two of my kids same day, back to back because it makes life smoother. Apparently now, the office manager doesn’t allow for that because he or she must not have kids or just not care. Being a working mom, having the appointments same day/ time frame was so helpful. UChealth doesn’t care about any of that."

"I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the UCHealth doctors office on Dublin. I had an appointment scheduled, but when I arrived, the front desk staff told me that they had no record of my booking and that I would have to wait for at least an hour. They were rude, dismissive and unprofessional. They did not apologize for the inconvenience or offer any explanation. I felt like they did not care about me or my health. I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor, wasting my time and money. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this office again. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and health."

"I agree with so many of the reviews that the providers at this clinic are good, but the UCHealth takeover has been a nightmare. We have had so much trouble with billing (their radiology in house department bills as a hospital instead of an outpatient clinic) and referrals (WHYYYYY does it take so long) and wait times to see doctors we have been going to for years. We will stay to see our providers, but plan on speaking to them at next visits about who they recommend outside this office from now on. As a medical provider myself it is very clear to see the effects a corporate takeover have done to this once well run office. It is sad to see a private practice decline like this one has."

"My entire experience was amazing, exactly what a doctors appointment should be like. The front staff was helpful and polite, then my nurse Kelly called me to the back after I had waiting only a few minutes. Kelly was kind and helpful. Then I waited about 5 min and then Dr. Bower was in the room. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Bower, he was friendly and had a pleasant bedside manner but more importantly he genuinely listened like he cared. It’s been a long time since I had a primary care physician that made me feel like more than just a check box. Overall I was in and out in about 25min and I spent most of that time with Dr Bower, who knew it was possible!? Can’t recommend him enough!"
