"CHRONIC PAIN THEN DONT COME HERE !!!!After waiting 3 months for an appt with active ongoing symptoms and an ordered MRI, my virtual appt was rescheduled out the day of out to another 3 months for an in person visit. After 2-3 years of seeing Dr. Vanuskina, my conditions have only worsened and remain active. After her “guidance” for almost 3 years, my pain is still prominent and impacts my quality of life to a high degree. When I asked about some alternative medicine options she said “the paperwork wasn’t worth here time to put in the program” She said she didn’t see in my MRI why I was in pain and that my symptoms I was describing such as burning didn’t make sense to her. Upset and discouraged I left with nothing but a future nerve test, so I came in with pain and left with pain. By far one of the most unpleasant, unthoughtful, and desensitized human beings I’ve ever encountered as a medical physician. If I could give her a zero I would 0000000"

"Initially called with my MRI paperwork and left a voice-mail. Was called back the next day saying I need a referral to be seen. After I got the referral, now they arent calling me or returning my calls."

"This institution is a tragedy I would not wish on my worst enemy if I had one. I gave it one star for at least having friendly staff, otherwise it would be less. Currently I have been waiting almost 7 months to get a shot in my spine. I went from being a very active male to now being confined to a wheelchair. I can no longer walk on my own. I've begged and pleaded to get in, to no avail. I have now lost my career, I have lost $30,000 in income, and am in danger of losing my home while waiting on these heartless people to assist me. They are grossly understaffed and are booking almost 1 year out. I cannot express the despair and pain I am experiencing while waiting on this terrible organization. PLEASE, I beg you, if you can be referred to any other center than this terrible place, it would be in your best interest. I learned far too late and my life and family's life have been virtually destroyed waiting on help here. It is the most inhumane establishment I have ever experienced. Never have I felt the need to post a bad review, but if this post can save even one person from experiencing the tragedy both myself and my family have endured, I happily will post this negative review."

"I had a great experience with the front desk and booking of the appointment. The front desk was great. I was referred to a different Dr in the practice but needed to book with someone different due to my schedule (no big deal) and I was able to get in promptly. The Dr I saw did a fine job. Don’t think she really thought I needed a spine Dr. for my injury/situation though, lol. That’s fine. She did forget to call in my prescriptions. A little challenging with communications as I left a messages and sent messages through the portal. When I spoke with the medical asst. I asked if they could put a rush in calling the prescriptions in since it had been close to 2 weeks. She said no but she would contact the Dr. So definitely not satisfied but I wouldn’t leave a bad review. Just not what I was hoping for in terms of finding a remedy."
