Reviews
"Adam from RunMental is an excellent source for runners looking to overcome injuries and build strength. Adam helped me through a months long injury by prescribing useful exercises and helping me to understand what the recovery process should look like. After working with Adam, I am not only in a much better spot with regard to running, but also in my understanding of how to approach injuries and how to handle them in the future. Adam is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend RunMental for anyone looking to overcome injuries and get back into training."
"Definitely do yourself a favor and at least schedule a consultation call with Adam if you have running pain of any sort. He worked with me happily and checked in consistently a few weeks before I was even available to come for my in-person eval. He gave me exercises to focus on in the meantime until I could get to the Springs so that when I got to town we had some data to work with. Good luck finding that elsewhere without being hassled for some money up front! Adam was beyond reasonable and very knowledgeable in his craft. Wish I was in the Springs longer. He follows up with a super detailed recap of the exercise guidance/prescription he gives which speaks a lot to his organization and clarity of thought in what he suggests. This is by far the longest review I’ve written anywhere because Adam deserves it!"
"I highly recommend reaching out to Adam if you are looking to improve your running ability and/or have been dealing with pain that is impacting your running. Does not matter if you are a beginner or have been running your entire life, Adam has the skills to help you out. Adam has been extremely knowledgeable with helping me move forward from dealing with chronic foot pain. He has shown patience, kindness, and expertise in guiding me through a recovery/strength plan. Adam takes the time to assess and develop an individualized plan while doing more research and learning to help his clients to the best of his ability. He really goes above and beyond what you would get from a PT in an office clinic setting."
"Highly recommend Adam for any runner struggling with pain/discomfort. I am a recreational runner and started seeing Adam after developing significant pain and discomfort in my left hip. After working through several sessions with him, my pain has gone away completely, I feel stronger and more confident, and I am back to running! Adam is kind, patient, thorough and encouraging. During each session, we would work through specific exercises and if a particular exercise was too difficult, he would provide modifications that were challenging yet attainable. I appreciated his calm and friendly demeanor and could quickly tell that he is both extremely knowledgeable and passionate about running and helping runners rehab their injuries. At the end of my time with Adam, I subjectively felt so much better (pain free, more confidence) and was back to running, but I had also objectively improved my run score (determined during gait analysis) by 30 points! I am hoping to avoid future injuries that impact my running, but if I do find myself in such a position, would gladly return to Adam’s care. Thanks so much, Adam!"
