"Do not trust your financial health to this operation. Staff was incompetent to the point I did not feel safe having surgery here. The surgeons staff made numerous mistakes with insurance. My surgery was declined retroactively, which could have left me 20K++ out of pocket. Luckily, I got covid, cancelled, and was only out of pocket about 1K in co-pays. The staff is reactive, and seemed to do NOTHING proactively (schedule surgery, contact insurance, call me about weight for anesthesia the day before surgery as planned, cancel my surgery follow-up appointments)."
