"I hate leaving negative reviews but I feel I am out of options. Don't get me wrong, the surgical team was great, but do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT OVERPAY THIS ORGANIZATION because you will never get your money back. On April 1, 2022, I wrote a check to CCOR for an invoice they sent for my husband's shoulder surgery that, come to find out, was around $5400 over charge. I didn't receive a statement from my insurance because the mail was still pretty disrupted from COVID, but looking at my online insurance payments I realized I had overpaid. A call to CCOR accounting office and yes, sure enough, a $5400+ overpayment. My fault for not having done my due diligence in finding this sooner, but now I know that moving forward I need to do everyone else's job, and to not pay a dime until I know all insurance payments have hit. So, after countless calls to the accounting office, with promises of auditing the account and getting resolution, I still do not have a refund. The accountants have told me to email the account resolution department for updates, and guess what, I NEVER get a response. I could really use this money that I paid in good faith because I didn't want to be in arrears, and trusting that this was the final bill. This is simply unacceptable."

"The surgery itself and staff during surgery procedure were very professional and nice. Even the billing department who took my down payment and set up my payment plan were pleasant. My problem came 6 months after surgery, when the billing department lost my automatic billing information (which was set up at time of surgery) and then sent me a past due notice. I called to rectify the situation and spoke with someone that was rude and could not admit that they lost my information. Today I received a call and called them back immediately and spoke with someone in the billing office that was very rude, as well. (is this part of their training) I was referred to this center for another surgery but have cancelled it, due to the billing departments, arrogant and rude staff."

"Never had better care! Attentive, caring, and personable. They are tops in my book!! Handicap accessible parking in outdoor lot. Doors and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Unisex restroom inside. Appointment time was on the dot. Doctor Ford and team are highly educated and trained. I've had injections done in Denver in the past and the care at Surgical Center Of The Rockies was the best care I've ever had. Thank you!"
