"tldr ; AVOID DR. WILHELM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, HEALTH, MONEY, OR PRIVACY!!!!!! Dr. Webber is an absolute fantastic, sympathetic allergist who tried many different things over a long period of time to try and help me with a chronic condition nobody has been able to figure out. If you are going to see him I reccomend highly! If you are going to see Dr. Wilhelm on the other hand it's the exact opposite story and you should look for another ENT. I met with him twice over a span of 9 months, the first time seemed nice as he seemed to promise all the same things and got me a ct scan quickly, the second time the illusion fell down like cardboard. I showed up a few minutes late due to a lyft showing up late because they dragged the appointment across town (if i didn't want to have to wait another extra month on the 9 already that is) so that cost me an hour of waiting in his office. Then within less than 10 minutes tells me that "there is no problem with my ears in the ct scan" and that all he is doing with a grin on his face is sending me to a different doctor. Usually this wouldn't be a problem if it was entirely truthful, the ct scan results had problems with my NOSE not my EARS which he decided to neglectfully leave out of the information he told me as he was telling me he was no longer gonna see me. He wasted months of my time with a chronic condition that dehabilitates me every day, while not trying a single thing, leaving out important health information that he gets payed thousands to handle as a job, and all with a fake smile to make you less angry at his negligence. update: after wasting my time and taking the time to pettily contact my personal physician to "talk with me" after this event without my consent, taking me telling them i feel its a breach of privacy to get them to stop bugging me about it and feeling pressured by whatever he said to them, he did NOT take the time to even see if the other doctors he was sending me to for an MRI took my insurance or not AFTER already trying to send me there for my ct scan, this man does not deserve his license to practice"

"I can not stress enough, how much I love this place. Doctor Wilhelm is amazing! From the moment I met him he was cracking jokes and made me feel at ease. I had suspected I had allergies and after some testing it turned out that not only did I had allergies, but I also hate deviated septum, so any nasal spray I was using was not doing anything for me. I was told I would have to have surgery which terrified me but Dr. Wilhelm and his staff made the experience absolutely amazing! It was my first ever surgery and since Dr. Wilhelm and I bonded over the beastie boy, he played some of their music for me as I was put out for surgery. They overall are very friendly and very professional. I cannot praise them enough! The only issue I had was with my pharmacy and my prescription being sent to mail order instead of my pharmacy, but even that wasn’t so bad since they made sure to get my prescription when they heard about the mix up. I can finally breathe now and I’m so grateful for Dr. Wilhelm and his team!"
