"The building from the outside is clean. Our initial appointment was a few months out. I hope that can be reduced in the future as it can be quite difficult for new patients. Thankfully, our second appointment was only three days out. Inside the building is clean as well. We did find that navigating through the building was difficult. There isn't enough information (for where to go) available as you walk in the door. We had to call the front desk to find out which floor we had to go to. So, having more information available as you walk in would be wonderful. The receptionist was welcoming. She was kind and helpful. They have a small area for children to sit, color, and read books. I would recommend they upgrade as it is quite old. Some of the books are also stuck together. On our second visit, she was kind enough to provide a coloring page for our child, and that made her happy. The nurse assisting us was also kind. We've seen her for both appointments now. She's patient, understanding, and soft toned. Welcoming overall, and that made our child with ASD more comfortable. We can't thank her enough for that. Our child's doctor is also kind. She's understanding of our child's ASD and language impairments. She has always made our child feel comfortable, as well as us. She's been a huge help for our child. Overall, we're thankful to be here. It isn't often you find such amazing people who are as understanding and helpful as they all are. We recommend finding a pediatrician here. Before I end this, I also want to recommend their mobile app. Be sure to make yourself an account. Add your child to the family list. It will require you to fill out a form, adding additional information. It didn't take long before we were approved and able to see our child's information. Once approved, I was able to see past appointment dates. As well as notes that were left by our child's doctor. We were able to schedule an emergency appointment and add it to our mobile phone calendar. We also had the option to cancel at any time. We were able to fill our information in advance before our child's appointment. This way, we didn't have to when we arrived for the appointment. All their test results will appear on the doctors notes, including height and weight, temperature, etc. Our child needed a urine sample, and the app sent us the lab results, showing what was and wasn't normal about the results. We can see prescriptions and even request more when we run out of refills. It's an amazing mobile app, and I highly recommend that you download it."
