"The physical therapists at this site are amazing! Christian, Jacob, Karen, Lance, Stacy all know their stuff! I trust them completely, and I recommend any of them to you! They have state of the art equipment and a friendly, knowledgeable staff."
"Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Gail has awful customer service skills and she shouldn’t even have a job working with people. She does nothing to try to help and her “apology” definitely wasn’t sincere or genuine. It was snarky and she definitely didn’t care about making things right after all the mistakes that were made. I was told by multiple people I could schedule one appointment for two different diagnoses and the day of my appointment I was told I had to schedule two different ones. I explained that I didn’t have insurance and would like to be scheduled for one to lessen the burden financially. She rudely told me she was going to grab the supervisor, I waited on hold for ten mins, called back and spoke to a manager briefly and she told me she couldn’t speak to me and placed me on a hold again. I hung up and called central scheduling because they clearly are more helpful than Grandview. I definitely will not be seen at this clinic. They clearly just want their money, so they can charge for multiple eval appointments. Don’t bother with them."
"Front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. I work in healthcare and have never met such unkind people. One receptionist actually slammed her fist down on the counter in front of me when my mother(who has had a stroke) walked to the back after the Medical assistant was holding the door open, there was no one else in the office so my mom assumed that they were ready for her to go back. I proceeded to say that if she needed any further information about my mother I could answer any questions where she proceeded to sigh irritatedly and talk about us under her breath and say well you wanted to go back with her right? And when taking me back is sighing the whole time like my mother and I were such an inconvenience. Then when in a room, the MA was unfriendly and not replying at all to my mom when she would try to talk to her and only started to be nice when I mentioned how unkind every person we’ve encountered in the office was. Dr. Strike was very nice and helpful but the front desk staff needs some new employees! Thanks for making an already bad day way worse. The whole experience made my mom and I never want to come back to this place."
"I am writing this about my experience with stephen nash, uc health at rockrimmon, last Spring. FIND ANOTHER FACILITY. I went here for care for about 8 visits. The visits were fine. HOWEVER, they not only did NOT inform me of additional insurance costs, but they never ever sent me those invoices, UNTIL they reported it to a collection agency, and then the collection agency reported it to the credit bureau. This DESTROYED my perfect credit of 30+ years. I contacted him (after being shocked by receiving the 8 notices all at once, from the collection agency), and he ACKNOWLEDGED a "clerical error" having sent "ALL invoices to wrong addresses". Here's the ironic part: HIS office could not call me, correctly mail to me, but the COLLECTION AGENCY found me the very first time! So, people I don't know and never visited, found me just fine, but HE could not. Because of this, my credit is ruined. Now, I fully intend on RUINING his office's reputation, in return. I originally made a first payment, but then learned that it is ILLEGAL to adversely affect a person's credit without any notification (of invoices) before sending them to a collection agency...and I fully intend to fight to the death, now. I worked HARD, for DECADES, to maintain an outstanding credit report, and HIS office's "clerical error" and subsequent reporting to the collection agency, and disregard for the damage his office did to HIS patient, has single-handedly ruined it. If I have to go to court, or send a firestorm of negative feedback and social media their way, I will. Edit: It is HILARIOUS to me that, after all I have been through, and my many contacts to you via phone, mail, email, NOW you respond. NOW, that YOUR reputation is affected, via a horrible review, NOW you respond. You prove that it is all about the money. You only gave a damn about the money in early September when this began, and you only care about the money this review may COST you, now. I want this debt discharged, and I want my credit COMPLETELY restored, immediately. For you to do this to a PATIENT of yours, for no reason beyond money, is unconscionable. So it is time for another update, on this INCREDIBLY inept and UNCARING operation, called UCHEALTH. First, they only talk at 8am in the morning. If you don't pick up, you will never get them to pick up later in the day. This has happened to me MANY times at the billing number. Second and more importantly, we finally talked last week, to a possible resolution, where they PROMISED, they would or already DID do: They have removed my account from collections (bot true), they are removing ALL the negative credit reports immediately (not true), and send me to their own "charity" department, to help pay funds going forward. THREE DAYS LATER, I get a notification FROM EXPERIAN CREDIT, TELLING me, that two MORE things have negatively hit my account! And, I have YET to receive a call back from their "charity department", a week later! It is time to go to court. They ADMIT 3x, that the error was on THEIR end, they make PROMISES, and they keep NONE SO FAR! Clearly, the ONLY thing that gets this company's attention is when it COSTS THEM money, which is why they respond ("We are so sorry"....BS! YOU COULDN'T CARE LESS!) to the NEGATIVE reviews by myself and others! They do all they can to PROTECT their own reputation (bc it will cost them DOLLARS), but once they respond here? They go right back to their behavior that you NEVER see, unless it affects you too. At this point, I see no avenue worth pursuing, outside of taking them to court. Perhaps the time and money they WASTE, in A LOSING CASE, in court, will make them LIVE UP TO THE STANDARDS THEY WANT YOU TO BELIEVE THEY HOLD THEMSELVES TO!"
"I made a mistake and posted this under my Wife's Google Account. My name is David O'Neal. I'm the one who manages our HSA Account. Patient BEWARE!! They are dramatically overcharging for services! We were told by UCHealth to contact our Insurance Company when we asked how much the appointments would be. Our Insurance Company told us $152/Appointment. Which is above average as it is.. Turns out they actually bill out at: $502.53 per 45 minute visit. Our Insurance Company forced them to adjust it to: $296.49! Which is still OUTRAGEOUS!! The nationwide average is $100/hour! As far as your response.. of course I contacted billing before I posted this review. I was told that the Charge was vetted by some hospital personal. I then asked if there was anything you guys could do to help and was told "no". Spoke with Billing 8/16/19 to set up a payment plan. They didn't do anything to make our experience better. They told me the Minimum Payment was $161/mo or they would send us to collections."
