Katie walked me through several rehab concepts I was unfamiliar with, such as dry needling and cupping, which helped speed up my recovery and provide significant pain relief. She also introduced and coached me through new rehab exercises to help prevent further injuries, most of which I still do to this day. They're now my go-to therapists for any injuries I have."
