"This place is lazy unprepared unprofessional lack of organization lack of follow through and they blatantly just don’t care. We have been waiting since early October to get my husband’s new CPAP machine and equipment that this organization says they have sent over to our the DME location to gather this information and get the equipment hence they have not we have had to call numerous times and have gotten nowhere I would not even send my worst enemy there!"

"The gals on the phone, Sabrina in particular, have been very responsive and timely in calling me to set up my new sleep study for what will be my 3rd cpap machine. Sabrina has gone above and beyond the call of duty in regards to a desperate issue on my compliance chip having a lock on it from the company I bought my cpap machine from 6 years ago. Per insurance I could not get my new sleep study and new machine with out down load. I really like PA Howland who is now my new sleep doc."

"Been trying to call these people for 2 weeks now and all I get is “this voicemail box isn’t set up”. Tried during the day, multiple times at that until I physically went to the office on a Saturday to check if they’re still operational. I made it after driving 30 minutes and I noticed their hours are 8pm-6am. Ok cool let me call during that time I said to myself. Tried again multiple times and nothing. Looks like I have to go up to that office on a weekday night after work just to get ahold of these people."

"I will never again go to Mountain sleep lab horrible experience. I don’t know what was in that building but I coughed all night I could not sleep. It was very noisy I could hear tech talking through the wall to other patients plus could here traffic on Austin Bluffs. There was a TV on the wall the cord barely Reach the socket on the wall OSHA should be notified. And it was very cold in the room. And the bedspreads looked very old. They were not warm"
