"Excellent doctors. Had an emergency procedure in the hospital & a follow-up a few weeks later to remove large kidney stone. They take plenty of time to explain what they're doing & let you ask questions ahead of time. Others' complaints seem to be with the surgery scheduling system (which could be more efficient), which I think may be UCHealth-wide, not just urology."

"I am a disabled veteran. My medical procedure was covered by and paid for by the Veterans Administration (tri west) and this hospital has the PROFESSIONAL ETHICS of a circus clown. Shortly after my procedure, I received a letter and phone call from a DEBT COLLECTOR. This hospital NOT ONLY failed to file for compensation appropriately, they violated multiple governmental agreed upon procedures in their flagrant disregard for their own government contract. These people should lose their funding and collaborative license. Instead of reaching out to me by mail or by phone, OR more importantly TRI WEST who actually covered the bill, UC Health IMMEDIATELY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT MY BILL. The urology department, in their failure to file basic paperwork, deliberately LIED to a collections company in order to get them to accept their complaint. Where does your integrity lie? Because it certainly wasn't shown here. This attempt was reported to the National Veterans Administration Community Care department due to the fact they violated basic procedure and Community Care has had to guide me through this process since UC Health has very rudely been belligerent during this entire communication. DO BETTER OR MOVE OUT OF THE WAY FOR SOME OTHER HOSPITAL TO PICK UP YOUR SLACK."

"I never feel the need to leave bad reviews but this office is a huge mess! The office manager is rude and unprofessional. No one knows what’s going on and you get treated for the wrong charts and there is missing information in your reports. I was asked to sit in the waiting room for the surgery scheduler and they completely forgot about me. An hour later I had to remind them. After all of this they penalize you for being two minutes late and refusing to see you. The below par care is not worth the headache you have to deal with at this facility."

"Dr. K butchered my husband. A 3 hr routine rovotic prostactemoy turned into an 11 hour complex abdominal surgery because she entered at the wrong trajectory."
