"Great, they were nice. Waited on me right now. Hopefully they kept it good that way. Cause you never know if that is what secret shopper. Update on 5/19/23 I had 2 biopsies. Of course the surgical clinic was awesome. I was in the hospital for 3 days. Everyone is fantastic, the food is delicious. There is a variety of food to pick from. The kitchen is open from 7am to 7pm. You can eat your heart out."
"Doc.Shakleton gave verbal instruction to my son a month before his surgery that made my son's health improve greatly and improved his ability to prep. He spent an extra 90 minutes on an unexpected complicated procedure.Before he left the hospital a few hours later, he came to check on my son's condition. I appreciated his explanations that gave us peace on what to expect.He was a blessing."
"Great surgeon but horrible help after the surgery. Gotta fight every week to get the meds I need and I'm out of steam and I can't do it anymore. It's whatever LoL I feel like I was pushed aside after the surgery was done. It's unnecessary and unfair to the patient."
"To memorial hospital central ER unit. I went to the ER after one week of feeling so bad from covid that I could not take it anymore. This is been one of my toughest battles yet. The team work of Dr. John Rague and nurse Corbin Sohn were like poetry in motion when it came to bedside Manor and expertise in medical care. Their kindness was second nature. All I can say is this world needs more people like them. Not to mention more people to be grateful for them too. My best wishes to you both and deepest gratitude for all you did for me. I pray your strength continues to reward you. It's 3 days later and I feel much better than I thought I could! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Robert C."
