"recently saw Jaclyn cluskey and had to have someone help me write this review...it needs to be said. I can't begin to explain how kind and thorough she is..... its extremely difficult when your not well to articulate whats wrong... but she checks everything, and also has so many helpful bits of information that treat you as a whole and help you feel better whole you are recovering. I feel like she should be writing a book on wellness and or putting a video on utube or something. PLEASE!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!"
"I’ve come to this office for over 5 years and Dr B. Tewes is a simply amazing pediatrician. Since our very first appointment I’ve been impressed with her intuitive approach and detail oriented mannerisms. I’ve never felt like there was a question that I couldn’t ask her, and I always felt like my feelings were valid. Dr. Tewes is very wise, up beat, efficient and proactive. Very grateful for her and the staff here."
"The MA was clearly unhappy with her position in life. Just a miserable person. The intra office communication is absolutely awful as there have been 3 separate incidents where the front desks has told me one thing and the back office another, to the point where they wanted me to get blood drawn every 2 months instead of 6 because they didn’t communicate. The PA and the Physician don’t really seem vested in their patients well being and more interested in pulling a paycheck. The PA is telling me to look for my own specialist? That’s unprofessional. I’m actively seeking a different primary for how poorly this place is run and the lacking “care” in healthcare."
"I have lost all faith in the healthcare system thanks to Robyn Johnson at OPTUM; if I could give 0 stars then I would. He does not listen to patients or take their concerns seriously. I have had a serious medical issue for the last 6 weeks and he has not helped me at all. All he does is send you to specialists and in Colorado Springs those appointments take 6-8 months. As a primary healthcare provider he should step up to take care of his patients when specialists are not an option right away. I have had to do more research and suggest items to him because he won't do it; the ER did more for me than my own provider. If you want to pay out the a$$ for an appointment just to get told they can't do anything for you and get referred to a specialist next year then use this clinic. If you want actual medicine and help, I'd go somewhere else."
"I am so frustrated with Optum. They required that I do the establish care appointment in order to schedule a preventative exam. I did that appointment then requested my annual preventative exam, and they scheduled it for a lab review. I told three people the day of the exam that it was for the annual preventative, but when they billed me they billed me for lab review. Now in order to get my annual I have to take time off from work for a third time to HOPEFULLY finally get my preventative. I have been trying for almost a month to get someone to get a hold of me to get the billing code corrected. They finally called me today and had no other options except for me to come in for the third time. Billed my insurance $363 to establish care, $327 labs, and $419 for the lab review... and now another bill to my insurance after I get what I have been needing all along... Hmmm.. wonder why insurance premiums are so high??"
