"Impossible to get them to answer the phone. I got an appointment scheduled a month out, then a few days later, it was cancelled without a call or an explanation why. I then tried to reach out to them to see why and if I can get back on the schedule, but couldn't get through after two days of trying. Move on, this clinic doesn't deserve your business."

"Had surgery, they gave me pain medicine that has not been working since the nerve block wore off. My bestie is a nurse she says people normally get something stronger than 5mg Apap after the surgery I had. When I tried to call to get them to give me I was just thrown around number to number. No response from Dr. Schumer or PA Darwin at all IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS SINCE MY SURGERY. Tried to Call the actual hospital the on call Dr tells me I have to wait for them. Going to have to go the Er when they should just take care of their patients."

"Horrible experience do not go there. So many issues with having surgery there and now not even a year later, I have to find another surgeon to fix my knee. Ever since I had surgery, I have to ice my knee every day which I never had to do before. What should have been a quick back to work surgery became a year long of agony. Run from this place."

"I went here and saw Dr farr for a fractured radial head and she told me I needed to come back in a week for exrays and that she would give me a referral for physical therapy at that appointment And that it was important because if i dont I could lose mobility in my arm she then handed me a yellow slip but didnt tell me i needed to give it to the front office receptionists it just said xrays and to come back in 1 week so when i went in today they told me i had needed to hand them the yellow slip to set an appointment last week Nor did the receptionist ask me for it when I walked out so i didnt know because there wasent communication. So they got me scedualed for the next day at 10am. I then got a call that i could not be seen till another week from now because the doctor would not be coming in tomarrow because theres going to be a snow storm and that there were no more appointments this week im freaking out because idk if theres a time limit on starting physical therapy and i dont want to lose mobility in my arm because of this."
