"Worst healthcare establishment! Let me list some examples of my experiences in the one year I have been going here. First, I went to the Medical Center Point location and the doc there (can’t remember her name) scolded me about my high blood pressure until I cried. Then, she proceeded to tell me how much she loves guns and that I must get one (unbelievably unprofessional). Since then, I’ve been seeing Rudi at the Roundhouse location, and I agree with another review that he does not take my concerns seriously. More on that below. Meanwhile, the front desk gave out my husband’s PII to another patient (obvious HIPPA violation). Last time I was there, they made me fill out a bunch of paperwork I had already filled out because, according to the front desk, they had been hacked, though I never got any notification about this. One of the phlobotomists gave me the worst bruise I’ve ever had. Back to Rudi: he prescribed meds for me containing gluten even though my chart says I have a gluten allergy, so I had a reaction and had to stop taking them. And for my latest visit, I went in for an appointment because I had SEVERE diarrhea for 3 days. They took bloodwork & told me to buy Immodium. Since then, the problem got worse. I called to say so and to check on the status of the labwork, but it hadn’t been processed yet. The nurse actually suggested I go somewhere else for a re-evaluation. Seriously! After I spent $120 there! Rudi seemed to think it was probably just stress. I called again end of day and the labwork was still not back and the doc won’t be back until Tuesday (I went in on a Thursday) So, after the very condescending nurse made it clear they were going to be of no help, I went to UC Health urgent care, where I received exceptional care and discovered I have salmonella. Rudi did not even cover the basics of checking for dehydration or taking a stool sample. He clearly just thought I was exaggerating my symptoms, and I suffered a full extra day on account of his dismissal and spent money I don’t have. I am stunned at how awful this place is! I will NEVER go back there, and I hope this keeps others from going there, as well!"

"The doctor i saw was named rudy, and he was extremely dismissive of the problem I have, and then proceeded to insult my cleanliness. I do not recommend that anyone see this doctor"

"I recently switched from the Tenderfoot Hills location to the Roundhouse. Even though I have not yet visited my new "official" primary care physician, I have been seeing Rudy Wencl, PA-C. He is the first person to actually look at me, hear me, properly diagnose me, in over a decade. I have placed my full trust in him, and highly recommend him to others wanting to be heard and treated."

"I've been to this location for both my primary care doctor and also for Urgent Care. I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews, as the staff at this location have always been very friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. Not every doctors office has covid testing available yet, and leaving a bad review simply because they don't have testing available is just petty and asinine."
