"If you’re going to require masks in 2022, you need to provide them. No one just keeps these on them anymore."
"Worlds better than Fort Carson. I transferred my son's care here and I could not be happier with the difference. Everyone is so much more personable, sweet & caring, and do a great job addressing any concerns. By contrast, at Evans, we never saw the same person twice, it always felt rushed, concerns blown off, and it was apparent we were just one in a million. I can get appointments in a reasonable time frame here, I'm not waiting NEARLY as long for any of the medical services (i.e. labs, immunizations, etc), and every interaction has been positive."
"Horrible experience. Doctors here do not follow evidence based practice and will forcibly rip open a poor baby's intact foreskin creating pain and opening it up to infection. Absolutely horrid. Carson is no better. Military doctors must not be caught up from 20 years ago when AAP, WHO, CDC etc basically banned pediatricians from doing such an awful thing to babies. Getting off Prime and going off base ASAP."
"12SEP2018 A lot of the airmen and women working at Peterson clinic on Vincent Street, not all, but definitely a lot of them make costly mistakes REPEATEDLY! The patients’ health is not their concern. My wife has had multiple incidents where the call center didn’t deliver messages to PCMs like they said they would regarding prescription refills and other meds that need to be received in a timely manner, call centers don’t deliver messages for PCMs to call their patients after being told they will deliver the message, PCMs said they would “call to check on her in two weeks” after giving her a new antidepressant to see if it helps or makes things worse and NO CALL, PCMs are constantly changing without giving notice, etc. I was surprised to hear about this happening at an Air Force Clinic because one would think that the Air Force would be squared away and on top of things but they’re not. I get seen at Evans Army Hospital and I haven’t had any problems so far. Don’t just do your job, airmen and women. Do your job WELL! Especially if you’re dealing with people’s health. Again, it isn’t all of you."
"Pediatrics is ok. They mean well, but the dr's don't establish any sort of rapport with the children before they examine. We went yesterday. I gave three stars because the Dr was actually waiting for me...in the room...before i got there! It was like a miracle had occurred. i actually jumped because i hadn't expected anyone to be in the room. because of this however i felt very rushed and my poor baby did too. they immediately started the exam, without any time to acclimate or feel comfortable with the people. i wish they would try a little bit to actually comfort the child."
