"3 weeks and can't even answer the phone at any time or return calls. I work in medical field myself and can't get my breathing physical done which takes 15 minutes max... 3 weeks it's been no reply or answer from anything at all."
"What a terrible experience! From the front desk staff complaining about their stomach hurting from what they ate for lunch to complaining about the pre-employment test my daughter had to have done. That is completely ridiculous! Then they fished around on her arm for almost 30 minutes before they stopped. Then you tell her to go to a clinic the following day that is NOT EVEN OPEN!!!"
"I cannot thank God enough for this team. An accident amputated my finger tip. This was a level of pain that was overwhelming. I had been going to another UC health facility and it was horrible. An absolute lack of companion and personal care. While attempting to remove the stitches, I was literally screaming in pain. The surgeon stood up and said almost angrily, “well I guess we can try it again in two weeks when you're not screaming.” My wife and I were stunned. She never offered options even though the stitches were coated in blood that acted like glue. Just going back to that facility to remove the stitches created anxiety. Just FYI, I have 27 inches of surgical scars on my body so I am accustomed o pain. I went to this facility for workman’s comp. Jason was incredibly friendly. When we told him about our experience, he began to share options that would allow the stitches to be removed (virtually) pain free. Jason then offered to ask the surgeon if he could remove them while we were there for which she agreed. After removing the stitches, he called in the medical director to look it over to assure he did not miss any stitches avoiding any possibilities of us needing to come back again. Thank you for this class A team."
"If I could give 10 stars I would. Jason Baker the PA was absolutely fantastic. His bedside manner and compassion for our situation was unmatched. He had so much empathy, as all medical professionals should but it's hard to find these days. Jason was thorough in his exam, asked great questions and listened. It feels weird to have to say these things because it should be standard but it's not. He validated us and treated us with respect. The medical director was great too. Very helpful and encouraging. If his boss is reading this, give this man a raise! Or at least a Starbucks gift card or something!☆"
"The receptionist here today is extremely rude. She is very overwhelmed typing angrily, and huffing and puffing. Ask her kindly if she knows how long the wait may be so you can use the bathroom and her snappy answer is panicked as she yells I dont know we are really busy. Theres no one in the lobby. Very unprofessional. You can tell she hates her job."
