"The doctors here are amazing. However, the people who answer the phones are THE RUDEST people EVER. I have never had a singular semi-respectful person answer the phone here. As someone who worked in customer service a lot, I am ALWAYS respectful and overly nice. So I can assure there is no reason I should be receiving the amount of attitude these ladies have."
"I love all the doctors there. I have been here my whole life. I had a really bad experience today, Maria was incredibly rude. I understand people have bad days but every time I have encountered her she has been rude. I went in for a simple nurse visit, she told me to wait which I understood but her demeanor and tone was unacceptable. I asked the front desk ladies to reschedule and they were so welcoming and amazing. I never got her name but she was in training and had another nurse try to help me. Maria called the front desk and was yelling across the office to get me back to wait again, She was yelling at me to wait and to listen to her which I will not take any disrespect like that. I walked to internal medicine another nurse walked out to help me and Maria was yelling at the other nurse, I was very flustered and frustrated. I was physically upset walking back to the front desk. Maria called the front desk again and did not want me to leave or reschedule my appointment, her coworker had to calm her down which is highly unprofessional especially in front of the client."
"I have been going to the location on Barns for over 5 years. I used to see Sherry Turner Llyod and I never had issues until she left. Now I am dealing with someone I will not disclose name, but I have been on a prescription for over 5 years same dosage, and I will add it is Zoloft. I requested my refill on 02/06/2024, I called multiple times trying to figure out why I have not received my prescription. One week later I finally get a call back from the doctor's office saying that the doctor wants to see me before refill. REALLY!!! I have been having serious side effect from brain zaps and other because I have been forced into. This is applying, it is very dangerous to just stop someone's medication without warning or contact. I am in the search for a reliable doctor, not someone who lets you go a week or more without communication, even if you have been calling. This location has gone downhill!!"
"We have been at the office since 2019 when our daughter was born. We absolutely love Dr. G and all of the providers we have seen here. Unfortunately, we had a huge issue with billing. We have insurance, great insurance at that. We were charged a $125 "deposit" to be seen. We questioned this and were told it was because we have a high deductible plan (which is untrue). After leaving and calling the billing department they said this type of charge is only for self-pay patients. Now we have to do leg work to be refunded for a charge that should have absolutely never happened. In times of illness and stress as parents we shouldn't have additional unnecessary financial stress. We'll likely be leaving a doctor we love due to poor business practices."
"My primary left Optum a month ago and none of us got an email or heard any information until I made a phone call for an appointment. With the new doctor I made an appointment with, she wasn't able to answer both of my concerns but had referrals to two different departments. Which is fine but why wasn't this told over the phone when making the appointments or the doctor looking at the notes. It's just a waste of the insurance companies money and a waste of time (i spent more time scheduling the appointment then the actual doctor's office lol). On the flip side the front desk staff are always nice and respectful but it seems the management side is going downhill."
