"I scheduled an appointment for the 9th in the LATE afternoon, but recieved a notification that the clinic cancelled. So I called to reschedule and was told I can be seen today in 30 minutes, this was the only time available, and that there was going to be an hour wait... I live 30 minutes away and tried to speed but I was ultimately late, so the desk lady told me that I would have to reschedule and was scheduled for the 9th, again, but this time at EARLY afternoon (even though I was previously told that there was no available appointments except for today). Then as soon as I get back home, I get another notification saying that the clinic cancelled once again. I have had these problems since the military switched my clinic from Evan's Army Hospital, to this one. This clinic always randomly cancels their appointments, always say that there are no openings, always a long wait in the waiting room even though they are never busy, and it's frustrating that they are not understanding for when you arrive late but do all of the above and expect you to be understanding of them. Just over all, very unprofessional and hypocritical."

"I loved going to this clinic instead of EACH. It was always easier to make appointments, get lab work done, and fill prescriptions here. Our pediatrician for our kids was Dr. Jani. I can't say enough positive things about him. He always listened, reviewed my children and their progress thoroughly, and submitted referrals the same day. My PCM was Heinz she was great as well. Very empathetic while my health issues were discovered and submitted my referrals on time."

"So I always scared finding a new doctor. Honestly since I left home Tennesse I have felt very discouraged with 90% of doctors I've been in contact between me and my kid. After reading reviews on Dr. Lang I was really worried he was not going to be the doc for me. However I've seen him a couple times. And i have to say I'm amazed. I've been dealing with some stuff and he listened to me. I left this office today feeling so much better. On a side note if your complaining about wait times please remember if you HAVE a good Doctor your going to wait. Schedule appropriate time for you to wait an hour. He doesn't just throw a diagnose at you. He looks into whats been going on and finds the problem."

"I am so surprised by the negative reviews left here. The staff, nurses, and doctor at this clinic are lovely and always so polite and helpful. I was so pleasantly surprised at our first visit and they we're just as wonderful the second time. Our pediatrician is Dr. Jani and I really can't say enough good things about him. He is respectful and has great bedside manner. He is extremely competent, articulate, and I can tell he stays very current on research and best practice. He is extremely thorough and dedicated to great patient care. I feel very confident in him and am happy to keep bringing my baby to him and to switch my older son into his care."

"I have had very good experiences here. I have used scheduled appointment services, acute appointment services, and after hours appointment services. It can take some time to schedule an appointment with my PCM, but he's a wonderful doctor and that is typically fine. For acute illness/injury issues they have been amazing at finding available appointments. My son's pediatrician is fantastic, not only is he wonderful with my son, but he listens to me, and works to address any concerns. It's more convenient than driving to post for care, and I would absolutely recommend this clinic for adults and children alike! The doctors, nurses, and support staff truly are great!!"
