Reviews
"See also my review on their Broomfield location. The rhumetologist I saw in Broomfield left the practice already. I allowed them to re-assign me, but the appointment was many months out and I have since had another spinal fusion and am not up for my appointment. They sent me an email to confirm. I clicked cancel and it bugged out, and they deliberately fail to respond to emails, so there is no way to cancel without waiting on hold forever. I tried to click cancel again from a completely clean browser and it bugged out. Again, there is no reasonable way to resolve the issue. Depending fully on automated systems without appropriate ways to circumvent them is yet another attack on medical patients."
"Potential patients please read. My Dr. listens & truly cares. She doesn't roll her eyes & dismiss what you tell her. She does the testing needed to figure out what is going on then proceeds to explain in depth what's wrong with you. I trust my Dr. 1000%. I'm waiting on her to create a cure for osteoarthritis lol ok well maybe that's a far reach of wishing. But if you need someone to actually listen and not dismiss your symptoms this place is definitely what you need. They'll figure it out then try to figure out a plan with you to make things better."
"They charge you before they bill your insurance, that is backwards. I also work in the medical field and we don't do that especially for an office visit."
"I have tried multiple times to go see this Dr because this was the one referred to me by my dr. I have excruciating pain in my wrists that I'm trying to get takin care of and come to find out they don't accept medicaid. Which wasn't a big deal, I had to fight with medicaid to get it canceled which means rescheduling a couple times. I finally get my medicaid canceled get a new appointment set up all for them to call me a couple days later to say they can't honor my third appointment that was scheduled. Now I have to try and find a new arthritis dr. This place is a joke. I'll never recommend this place to anyone."
"Dr Jill Gibson is amazing! Very dedicated and supportive, we feel very lucky to have her in our corner."
