"I never receive calls from them. They usually communicate through text, email or the app. Made an appointment for my ankle and they confirmed with me twice to make sure I was coming through text and email. 3 days before and 1 day right before my appointment. I show up just for them to say they supposedly tried to call me to let me know the doctor wouldn’t be in but how does that make any sense when they constantly communicate through text, email or the app. Also the day they supposedly tried to call me is the same day I received a confirmation for my appointment and also a day before so how does that make sense? I never receive calls from them ever so why wouldn’t they let me know through text or email like they always do. Never received any call so it was just a waste of time. When I asked why would I receive multiple texts and emails a day before to confirm I’m coming but not the same to let me know they are canceling… they didn’t have an answer and didn’t even know why which is ridiculous."

"Super easy to schedule an appointment. All the staff was friendly, wait was short compared to what I usually have! Dr. Parker was kind and thorough and spent a good bit of time reviewing my records and discussing my health. Overall a good experience."

"I waited almost a month for my appointment here. They requested I arrive 30 mins before my appointment as a new patient - totally understandable. I was running late and arrived 9 minutes after my scheduled arrival time (still 21 minutes before my appointment time with the doctor) and was told I would need to be rescheduled - even though I was within their 10 minute grace period policy without explanation. I told them not to bother rescheduling me because I’d find a new doctor."
