"I had the worst experience with the front desk today! They sent a refill for my daughter last week, I found out the e-script system was down and I need a paper script. I told her that the pharmacy told me what to tell the provider, she told me that D/T some drug shortages that it may be rejected and the provider may not be comfortable writing this script! What are we to do??? She was extremely rude when the pharmacy told me what to do! I understand controlled substances but the front desk was extremely rude and not understanding! I told her they have it, but need a paper script."
"First time going. Switched my kiddos doctor because the last absolutely refuses to listen and just upped their meds instead. Dr. Kristen actually took the time and listened to my child and myself. She ended up going a different route with the meds. I even got a hug in the end and she told me we will navigate this together. I'm hopeful these meds work but it was a wonderful feeling to have my child actually be heard."
"I have little faith in the care my child receives here. Plus, we’ve had numerous issues with med fills because you are gated by the 14 year old at the front desk. When speaking with Sage about this, her comment was literally “what do you expect, they make $15/hour.” Really?"
""The reason they push for appointments every 2 months instead of the standard 3 months is because they want more money." Direct quote from a Colorado Psychiatry Center PA of mine. I'm on my 4th PA because they keep leaving (one PA said it was terrible leadership). Front office is a disaster. Screwed up my prescriptions multiple times. I'm writing this review because today the staff failed to fax over my labs to my PC before an appointment about the labs, so my doctor and I went through hypothetical treatment options for the labs we couldn't look at. Was told 3 times before the appointment they were going to fax them over. Called several hours after the appointment and PC said they still hadn't gotten it. Followed up again with CPC and was told they've been having issues faxing things b/c their fax machine/network has been broken for the past two weeks. Two weeks. I literally threw money away for this Dr's appointment. If you can, avoid them."
"My Dr Kristin is the BEST. She takes the personal attention I need that makes me feel comfortable to open up and be honest with her about my feelings so she can make a true diagnosis on me to prescribe the right combination of prescription drugs. She makes me feel like I am a priority all the time making timely choices for me and decisions. The staff also are always very friendly and helpful."
