"I debated posting this because I was hoping my situation was a one off but judging by the last review someone else also had a similar occurrence. 10/5 I went in for Botox 50 units all over my face and never had any results, whatsoever. I never usually have follow ups because this has never happened before and in the past when I voiced concerns about injections I was always told to wait “2 more weeks…. 2 more weeks etc…” I finally scheduled a follow up on 12/13 and was told, “Since I didn’t take photos, there was nothing they could do so just wait a couple more weeks when you’re due and come in again.” My Botox never lasts ONLY 2 months more like 4-5 months and being a customer of 10+ years it is disappointing and just poor business practice that this is how it was handled. After reaching out to multiple other Medspas I’ve heard this COULD happen but was VERY unlikely and it is something most spas rectify as soon as a patient voices concern. Not sure how one can “fake” Botox not being effective but I was very disappointed that this is how it was handled. Word to the wise make sure you do multiple follow up appts here and hopefully you won’t be out a good chunk of money with nothing to show for it."
