"I wouldn’t go for anything other than individual therapy. We did “couples counseling” she was completely unaware it was a couple, she treated it like I was the only one in therapy. Not worth it, there’s an assessment tool or 4 that you have to do every week. They text you or email you, it’s so annoying. I found better I wouldn’t go back ever."
