"From the time we entered the Highlands Ranch facility until we left, on 3/7/24 it was a pleasant experience. The facility is very clean. Margarita (front desk receptionist) was friendly, welcoming and exceptionally helpful with the online process. David was our first contact, evaluated my husband's arm, took his vitals and updated his patient files; he is also the x-ray tech. David is phenomenal, he is very knowledgeable and informative, personable with a great personality, he's an extraordinary young man, he will go far. Valerie, the PA, evaluated my husband's arm, ordered the x-ray that David took and clearly explained the prognosis. Valerie was well informed, comical with a great personality. Total time was 2 hours from the time we entered until we walked out….a far cry from the last time I was in an ER for a back injury which was 7 long agonizing hours. Great experience."

"While everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, The wait time was excruciating. I was encouraged to be able to check in online and be called to drive over when it was my turn to be seen. After about a five minute wait at the (vacant) front desk, I was finally greeted and seen by the nurse right away. Two hours and 15 minutes later (After the nurse had come back in twice to say it would be just 20 minutes longer… Only for it to be over an hour longer) The excuse I got was they see Worker's Comp. patients and those take priority over anyone that checked in through the urgent care program, and I kept getting bumped back in queue by those walk-ins... Had I known this in advance with the very painful condition I went in for I would've never gone here. And I will Never go back. kind of sad about it because everyone is so friendly and clearly working extraordinarily hard to manage an overloaded caseload."

"Valerie the Nurse Practitioner was wonderful, I’ve seen her before and she’s thoughtful, friendly and listens. David the nurse he too was nice, friendly. Both had me in and out in a decent time frame. The receptionist was smiling and welcoming! Best Urgent Care if you’re in need!"
